DOVE FAMILY

My nephew Dylan turned 11 years old on Sunday February 6th. He is the oldest of the 6 grandkids so he is the "leader of the pack". The kids like to follow him around and do everything he does. I still can't believe that he is the oldest of the bunch and he is already 11 years old. He is so smart (may be too smart for his own good), quick thinker & talker, analyzes things and most of all he loves his little brother, his cousins, his Lola and his family. He is a very good boy and I am so proud to be his Godmomma :)

Matthew is sooo lucky to be sharing his birthday (February 3rd) with my baby brudder Abe! For those of you who don’t know my baby brudder Abe like I do….I can describe him in 3 words…
1. CUTE—well he does get his looks from our dad. He is a spitting image of our dad and both are so handsome
2. INDECISIVE—he gets his handsome looks from my dad but gets his indecisiveness from our wonderful mom. Indecisive about shoes, his hair, his clothes, his birthday gifts…..but NOT indecisive about…
3. LOVE—for his wonderful family, his love for life and his love for his children

Happy Birthday Abe and I can’t wait to celebrate with you and our family this coming weekend.

Matthew's big day started with him waking up at 5:30 a.m.- he was so excited that today was his birthday that he was ready to go bright and early this morning. We brought cupcakes to school for his birthday celebration. He picked Chcik Fil A for his special dinner and he decided to eat at home instead of the restaurant because it would take too long to order food, eat and get back home to his presents! After a great dinner, we had Matthew search for his presents around the house! This is the first time we did this and he had so much fun looking for his presents! Then we enjoyed some yummy ice cream cake and played with his toys!

My baby was born. Yes, my sweet baby boy is 5 years old today (February 3rd). My baaaabyyy doesn't like it when I call him baby in front of his friends, but I still call him that everyday. My baby still calls me "Mamma" sometimes, I hope it last until he is an adult. My baby is a big brother, sweet, kind, protective and loves his sister even though sharing is still an issue. Growing pains seem to be more of an issue for me than for him- he learns so quickly, adapts so easily and is growing too fast. Happy Birthday sweet baby boy---Mamma loves you.
